These customizable team sessions are designed to support athletes before or after games, tournaments, practices, and competitive events. Services may include deep tissue massage, myofascial bodywork, assisted stretching, cupping, trigger point therapy, mobility work, and recovery-focused techniques tailored to each athlete’s needs while collaborating with the organization’s care team, including trainers, physicians, and coaches when applicable. Mobile travel within the Kalamazoo area is included, with additional travel fees applied outside the service radius. Session length, pricing, and scheduling vary based on team size, goals, location, and recovery needs.
